Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:-
1- We reserve the right to cancel any booking in unavoidable circumstances.
2- 25% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled after confirmation.
3- 50% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 30 days prior to commencement .
4- 75% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 15 days to 72 hours prior to check in.
5- 100% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 72 Hours prior to check in.
6- In case of premature departure ,100% of total cost for days not availed shall be forfeited

If the Booking Cancelled due to any  reason No Refund will be Provided. only credit note will be Provided as per hotel Policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
